After you submit our intake form we'll connect with you via phone call or email. From there we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the space, take measurements, and identify factors like grading, access, sun patterns, and how the project will connect to your home. This is where we get to know you, your home, and how you want to use your outdoor space. We’ll discuss more about:
- Your goals, lifestyle, and vision
- How you plan to use the space (entertaining, relaxing, family time, etc.)
- Inspiration photos or ideas you may have
- Your property layout and existing structures
Design & Planning
We take everything learned during the consultation and develop a cohesive design tailored to your home and lifestyle. You’ll also gain clarity on scope, expectations, and how the project will come together. This may include:
- Layout concepts and spatial planning
- Final material and finish selections
- Structural and engineering considerations
Pre-Construction Preparation
Before any building starts, we handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps projects running smoothly. This phase includes ordering materials and specialty components, coordinating schedules and timelines, permit planning and documentation where required, and preparing the site. You’ll know what to expect, when work will begin, and how the process will flow.
Construction Phase
This is where the transformation happens.
We follow the plan developed during design with experience and precision. During this phase, you can expect:

• Ongoing progress updates
• Careful structural and finish work
Final Walkthrough & Completion
As your project wraps up, we walk through the space together to ensure every detail meets expectations. We review:
• Completed work and finishes
• How to operate features like pergolas, heaters, screens, lighting, etc.
• Maintenance and care recommendations
• Address any final details
Your space is done when you feel confident using and enjoying it.
Ongoing Support
Our relationship doesn’t end when construction does. We’re here for any questions after completion, maintenance guidance, and any future upgrades or additions ;)
