What Happens Before The Construction
A beautiful finished project might look like it came together quickly, but a lot happens before our crew even arrives on site.
The best outdoor spaces start with planning. Before construction begins, there’s site measurements, design decisions, material selections. Some projects require engineering; which can take a few weeks to receive, and permitting that also takes a week or two. Ordering materials can take up to 8 weeks to come in and then scheduling the job accordingly. We work as efficiently as possible on our end to ensure our clients receive the customer service they deserve. From the first call or email, to the very last day on site and even continuing with ongoing support or winter preparation.
How We Navigate Our Projects
The pre-construction process takes time and it shouldn’t be rushed. At 4D Custom Builders, we’d rather spend the time upfront making sure the details are right than rush into a project simply to start sooner. That’s especially important when you’re investing in a project like a deck, Struxure® pergola, sunroom, glass enclosure or complete outdoor living space that’s meant to last for years and years. We aren’t the type of company to build something that’s meant to last for 5-10 years, we want you to enjoy what we build for decades. We know that we aren’t the cheapest builders out there, but we don’t want to be. We want to build exceptional spaces for the homeowners that are looking for functionality, durability, and beautiful products that complement your home.
